By way of this appeal, the appellants have challenged the judgment of conviction dated 17.12.2025 and order of sentence dated 23.12.2025 passed by learned Special Judge/ Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, vide which the appellants were sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 5 years along with fine of Rs.10,000/- each for the offence punishable under Section 18(c) of NDPS Act and in default of payment of fine to further undergo Rigorous imprisonment for a period of six months each. 2.
