Challenging the judgment dated 09.09.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, whereby, sentence of imprisonment awarded by the trial Court was modified by converting it into under the Probation of Offenders Act, the petitioner had come up before this Court by filing the present revision petition. 2. During pendency of present petition before this Court, matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Report of the Mediator has been received, as per which, the parties have settled all their disputes. 3.
