The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (earlier Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.0147 dated 10.11.2024 registered under Sections 304, 126(2), 115(2), 351(3), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 (earlier Sections 379A, 341, 323, 506, 148, 149 of IPC, 1860) at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 17.04.2026 (Annexure P-2). 2. This Court vide order dated 22.04.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3.
