This petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.94 dated 13.04.2021 under Sections 307, 147, 148, 149 and 323 of IPC and Section 25(1B)(a) and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Manesar, District Gurugram alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 19.01.2026 (Annexure P-3). 2. This Court vide order dated 30.01.2026 had directed the parties to appear before the trial Court to get their statements recorded and the learned Magistrate was directed to send its report qua the genuineness of the compromise. 3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, parties have appeared before the learned Addl.Sessions Judge, Gurugram and got their statements recorded. On RENU RAW
