The present petition has been filed with the prayer to command the respondent authorities to take action against private respondent no.7, who happens to be the petitioner's co-sharer. Primary grievance of the petitioner is that illegal mining is being undertaken by respondent no.7 and the statutory authorities are not acting. 2. Various photographs have been annexed along with the writ petition to claim illegal mining on the land. The photographs have been perused by the Court, which prima facie indicate that the agricultural fields are being levelled. The relief, otherwise, is against the private respondent, who happens to be the petitioner's co-sharer. 3.
