Gurdiyal Singh” by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fazilka vide which the petitioner was directed to deposit 10% of the compensation amount within 60 days from the date of the passing of the said order. 2. After arguing the matter at some length and on being confronted with the absence of any material placed before this Court to form any opinion otherwise or on the basis whereof it may be assumed that the direction to make pre-deposit suffers from any judicial mis-appreciation, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application alongwith supporting documents for waiver of 10% of the compens
