The present case was filed on 30.01.2026 by Mr. Aazam Khan, Advocate, upon which the Registry had raised some objections, which as per Rule 9, Chapter 1, Part-A, Volume V, Punjab and Haryana High Court Rules and Orders, has to be re-filed within 40 days. 2. As per the Note, Registry had requested the learned advocates to collect their cases, wherein objections had been raised, and notified that all such pending cases will be listed in Court for appropriate orders. Therefore, it has been put up for today, but none is present on behalf of the petitioner. 3. In the wake of the above, the present case has been listed, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner, as such no further orders are required to be passed. 4.
