Prayer in the present petition is for quashing of order dated 08.10.2025 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Dasuya, Hoshiarpur whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed person in case FIR No.18 dated 12.03.2023, under Sections 406, 420 of IPC and Section 24 of Emigration Act, registered at Police Station Gardhiwal, District Hoshiarpur. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the ld. trial Court. He submits that the petitioner for earning his livelihood was working in Chennai and without complying with the provisions as envisaged under Section 82 Cr.P.C. proclamation proceedings were initiated against the petitioner and ultimately, he was declared as a proclaimed person vide POOJA SHARMA impugned order dated 08.10.2025 (Annexure P
