The present petition has been filed under Section 528 BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 128 dated 13.02.2025 under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and Section 24 of Immigration Act registered at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.
