At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to first approach the learned Trial Court concerned, where the trial is pending, so as to seek permission in terms of notification GSR 570(E) dated 25.08.1993 and then avail other remedies (if need so arises), in accordance with law. 3.
