In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of direction to the respondents to release the monthly pension and all other retiral benefits by counting the service rendered by the petitioner as Special Police Officer (SPO) before his regularization on the post of Constable. Reliance is made to the judgment dated 15.02.2018 (Annexure P-3) passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-9936-2017 titled as Sukhjeet Singh and other Vs. State of Punjab and others. 2.
