He is further seeking direction to official respondents to take legal action against private respondent No. 4 who had stolen three electricity poles. 2. The petitioner is a resident of village Jodha Nagri, Post Office Dairywala Tehsil, District Amritsar. On 24.04.2023 he applied for a domestic one kilowatt electricity connection to PSPCL office, Jandiala Guru Division, Sub Station Tangra, District Amritsar.
