Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he could not trace the appellant and as per information provided by the learned counsel of the trial Court, the appellant is no more. Cost imposed on the previous date has not been deposited. Learned counsel for the appellant pleaded no instructions. In such circumstances, appeal cannot proceed further. 2. As such, no useful purpose would be served by keeping the cases on the docket, indefinitely. 3. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today. 4. As a natural corollary, since the main case stands di
