(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.0162 dated 18.06.2025 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023 registered at Police Station Civil Lines Sonipat, District Sonipat. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 20.03.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 20.03.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
