(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the announcement dated 12.05.2026, Annexure P-14, and the consequential order dated 13.05.2026, Annexure P-15, whereby the petitioner’s candidature for the post of Vice Principal against advertisement 15/2024, has been rejected on the ground that the BC-A category certificate submitted/uploaded along with the application form was not in terms of the Government instructions dated 22.03.2022, as stipulated in the advertisement. 2.
