By way of the present petition filed under section 37 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (‘NDPS Act’) and section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (‘BNSS’), the petitioner seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 455/2024 dated 02.10.2024 registered under sections 8/20/21/25/29 of the NDPS Act at P.S.: Special Cell, Delhi.
