The present civil writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to grant minimum of the regular pay scale to the petitioners under Government Instructions dated 03.11.2017 (Annexure P-15) issued by Government of Haryana and also to grant them dearness allowance and other allowances by adding in their monthly salary, along with all consequential service benefits with interest. 2.
