The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.164, dated 23.12.2024, registered under Sections 62, 296, 303(2), 329(3), 351, 3(5) of BNS, at Police Station Mullanpur, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 24.09.2025 (Annexure P-12). 2.
