The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 21.11.2025 (Annexure P-11) passed by respondent No.2-Director School Education (Secondary), Punjab and order dated 24/26.02.2026 (Annexure P-12), passed by respondent No.3-District Education Officer (SE), Pathankot, whereby claim of the petitioner for grant him benefit of Old Pension Scheme, has been rejected. 2.
