The instant one is the second petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.46 dated 02.05.2024, under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C, 489-D, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station City-I Malerkotla, District Malerkotla. His previous petition was dismissed by this Court on 21.02.2024. 2. As per the allegations, on 01.05.2024, on the basis of a secret information, accused Rahul Rishu Kumar and Lakhwinder Kumar @ Lucky were apprehended by a police party and 570 counterfeit currency notes of denomination of Rs.500/- each, amounting to Rs.2,85,000/- were recovered from them.
