Present revision petition is directed against order dated 08.07.2022 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Jhajjar, whereby application filed by the respondents under Order XXVI Rule 9 CPC was allowed and concerned Halki Girdhawar was directed to submit demarcation report. 2. This Court on 03.08.2022 while issuing notice on motion observed as under:- “Challenge in the present revision petition is to the order dated 08.07.2022 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), whereby an application under Order 26 Rule 9 CPC, for appointment of Local Commissioner for demarcation, has been allowed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners, who are plaintiffs before learned Lower Court had filed suit for permanent injunction,
