The gravamen of allegation against the petitioner is that the complainant, namely Malkeet Singh, stated that on 08.10.2024 at about 04:00 PM, certain women were working at his shop when Sabbir, Nazim and others allegedly started harassing the said women and recording videos of them on a mobile phone.
