(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to take suitable legal action against the private respondents for violating the directions of Hon’ble Supreme Court in SLP (Civil) No.22649 of 2002 decided on 08.01.2003 and this Hon’ble Court in CWP No.4486 of 2003 decided on 04.10.2008. 2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file Public Interest Litigation, in accordance with law. 3.
