Through the instant writ petition, a challenge is thrown to the order dated 04.12.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Maintenance Tribunal, Budhlada, whereby the application filed by the petitioner (senior citizen) under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 (for short, "the Act of 2007"), to cancel the transfer deed No.898 dated 07.06.2013, and also the mutation No.8948 entered on the basis of the transfer deed (supra) was declined, and the order dated 10.05.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal, Mansa, whereby the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner was also dismissed. 2.
