Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking grant of regular bail, in case, FIR No.294, dated 13.12.2025, under Sections 105, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 (Old Sections 304, 34 of IPC) and Section 29 of NDPS Actm 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2. The present case got registered on the basis of statement of the complainant-Jagjiwan Singh. As per the version stated in FIR, the son of the complainant Amrik Singh @ Dhatu was doing the work of carpenter for the last 5 years and for the last two years he was working with another Carpenter, Gagandeep Singh, at the house of one Dharam Singh. Due to the company of Amarjit Singh @ Kaka, his son Amrik Singh @ Dhatu became a drug addict. On 12.12.2025, his son had left home at 8.30 a.m. on his motorcycle
