Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that vide order dated 05.01.2026 passed by Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.) Amritsar, the parties have entered into a compromise and the suit has been dismissed as withdrawn. Therefore, this petition has become infructuous. 3.
