The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No. 216 dated 30.12.2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS Act, registered at Police Station Bhagta Bhaika, District Bathinda. 2. This Court vide order dated 27.03.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 27.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation.
