(Oral) 1 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing the order dated 04.09.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (Appeals), Punjab and order dated 06.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Deputy Commissioner-cum- Collector, Patiala. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the present writ petition, accordingly, she may be permitted to withdraw the same with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars on the same cause of action. 3. Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. 4.
