The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 09.02.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRWP-1487- 2026, whereby respondents were directed to consider the claim of the petitioner. 2. In compliance of the above referred to order, learned State counsel has filed affidavit dated 11.05.2026 on behalf of respondent in the Court today along with speaking order dated 02.03.2026 and the same are taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3. A perusal of the affidavit and speaking order dated 02.03.2026 shows that order dated 09.02.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRWP- 1487-2026 has been duly complied with. 4.
