Through the instant petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’), the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0032 dated 12.03.2026 registered under Section 21(B) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (for short “NDPS Act”) (Section 29 of NDPS Act added later on and Section 27 of NDPS Act was wrongly mentioned). 2. Vide order dated 18.04.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner was released on interim bail and was directed to join investigation.
