(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.192 dated 01.12.2025 under Sections 303(3), 324(4) and 190 of BNS, registered at Police Station Ramdas, Amritsar. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 18.04.2026 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 18.04.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation. In this view of the matter, interim order dated 18.04.2026 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and she shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
