(Oral) It is not disputed that in the show cause notice dated 29.09.2025, the supporting document on which such show cause notice was based was not supplied to the petitioner before passing of the impugned adjudication order dated 30.03.2026. 2. In the light of the above, the impugned adjudication order dated 30.03.2026 is in violation of the principles of natural justice and is therefore, set aside. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to proceed afresh against the petitioner, in accordance with law. 3. The petition is allowed in the above terms.
