Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant submits that the matter stands amicably settled between the parties, as a result of which, the execution petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, having been fully satisfied. 3. He submits that under the circumstances, the appellants do not wish to pursue the present appeal and they may be permitted to withdraw the same.
