This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned order dated 05.02.2024 (Annexure P-6), whereby, the petitioner has been declared as a proclaimed person by the learned trial Court concemed, in Criminal Complaint bearing No.NACT/1396/2021, dated 09.04.2021, filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.
