Petitioner – Amanpreet Singh @ Aman, aged 29 years, has filed instant petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking regular bail in case FIR No.61 dated 30.03.2026 under Sections 25 and 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kartarpur, District Jalandhar. 2. When police party was on patrolling, at bus-stand Kartarpur, one special informer gave information that Amanpreet Singh @ Aman (petitioner herein) and his co-accused – Dilawar Singh @ Boby, are habitual criminals and already cases in regard to the possessing of illegal arms were registered against them. Presently, they are coming towards Kapurthala from Kartapur Sahib in vehicle HR12-D-2468, and if raid is conducted, they can be apprehended along with weapons.
