Petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (erstwhile Section 482 Cr.P.C.), inter alia seeking quashing of FIR No.200 dated 25.04.2026 (Annexure P-2), registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 331(6), 331(4), 305, 191(3), 190, 329(3), 62, 351(3), 324(4), 61(2) and 333 of the BNSS, 2023 (earlier Sections 323, 341, 342, 458, 457, 380, 148, 149, 442, 511, 506, 427, 120-B and 452 IPC), at Police Station Zirakpur, SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab. 2. The FIR in question was registered only 17 days ago, i.e. on 25.04.2026, and investigation is still at the very initial stage. Therefore, at the very first instance, no ground for interference by this Court, is made out. 3. Petition stands dismissed, at this stage. Pending misc. application(s), if any,
