Copy thereof supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. The detenue has appeared in person along with respondents No. 4 and 6. She has submitted that she was married to the petitioner on 01.01.2025. However, about one and half months back, she voluntarily left her matrimonial home because of the fact that the petitioner used to extend beatings to her. It is simultaneously stated by her that she is now willing to accompany him and that she was not forcibly detained by the private respondents. She is at liberty to join the company of the petitioner.
