This is the first petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Section 438 Cr.P.C.) seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 38 dated 06.03.2026, registered under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 324(2), 191(3) and 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023; however, Section 109 BNS was deleted vide DDR No. 54 dated 22.03.2026, and Sections. 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (corresponding to Sections 324, 323, 426, 148 and 149 IPC respectively), at Police Station Kotbhai, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2. This Court vide order dated 28.04.2026, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. 3.
