This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 for quashing of FIR No. 0046, dated 07.06.2025 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 221, 118, 351, 191(3) 190 BNS 2023 and Sections 132, 109 BNS 2023 added later on vide DDR No.38 dated 07.06.2025 (Annexure P-3), registered at Police Station Patara, District Jalandhar Rural, with all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 06.11.2025 (Annexures P-4 & P-5). 2. During the pendency of the dispute, the parties have compromised the matter and filed the present petition for quashing of FIR. 3.
