(Oral) The petitioner seeks the grant of anticipatory bail under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 in case bearing FIR No.347 dated 14.11.2025 under Sections 22/29 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Batala, District Gurdaspur. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 30.03.2026 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. The learned State counsel has filed a status report dated 13.05.2026 which is taken on record. He on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation in terms of the order dated 30.03.2026 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
