The lackadaisical and indolent approach of the authorities concerned in not deciding the legal notice dated 14.04.2026 (Annexure P-6), has propelled the petitioner to approach this Court through the instant writ petition, as cast under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Mandamus. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that, at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case, a direction is passed upon the respondents to decide the legal notice (supra), in a time bound manner. 3. Mr. Sahil R. Bakshi, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, who is present in Court, upon being served with an advance copy of the petition, submits that he has no objection, in case a direction is passed upon the respondent(s) concerned to decide the legal notice (supra) within a stipulated time p
