The present petition has been preferred under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, assailing the impugned order dated 18.12.2023 (Annexure P-7), whereby the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Shahabad, District Kurukshetra has declared the petitioner a proclaimed person. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that FIR No.249 dated 28.05.2020 u/s 420 and 406 of IPC (Sections 370, 120B IPC; Sections 10, 24 and 25 of Immigration Act and Section 12 of Passport Act added later on), was registered at P.S.
