The petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 29.04.2026 passed by the Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran in case arising out of FIR No.22 dated 08.03.2020 registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at Police Station Sarai Amant Khan, District Tarn Taran, whereby his bail was cancelled on account of his non-appearance and bonds were forfeited to the State and warrant of arrest were ordered to be issued for 01.06.2026. 2. It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that the absence of the petitioner on 29.04.2026 was not intentional but due to the reason that he had noted down the next date of hearing as 05.05.2026 instead of 29.04.2026.
