Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia contends that the petitioners are major and are staying together in a live in relationship. However, their relationship is not acceptable to the private respondents and as a result thereof, the private respondents are threatening the petitioners. A representation dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-5) against the threat extended at the hands of the private respondents already stands submitted by the petitioners to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh.
