The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.166 dated 09.04.2025, under Sections 115(2), 3(5), 333 & 351(2) of BNS at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavit (Annexure P-2). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR is outcome of an unfortunate accident.
