This is the second petition filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.149 dated 26.03.2024 under Sections 406, 420 and 180 of IPC, registered at Police Station Khedki Daula, District Gurugram. 2. Earlier petition bearing CRM-M No.399-2026 filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail came up for hearing on 18.02.2026 and on that date the case was argued at length and then on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, petition was dismissed as withdrawn. Now the present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the similar prayer just after 2 ½ months. 3. This Court does not find any change in circumstances which would entitle the petitioner for grant of regular bail. Hence, the present petition is dismissed, at this stage. ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) 06.05
