The present petition also seeks setting aside of the judgment dated 28.01.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pathankot (for short, ‘the Appellate Court’), whereby the appeal preferred by the petitioner-complainant against the aforesaid judgment dated 12.06.2014 came to be dismissed.
