The operative part of the said order is set out below: - “I.A. No.12 of 2002, along with I.A. No.17 of 2006 as well as unregistered I.A. No. /2010 are preferred by the Government of NCT, Delhi as well as Municipal Corporation of Delhi respectively, inter-alia, seeking a direction to the Development Commissioner, Government of NCT, Delhi and other Authorities to grant allotment of land at Bhatti Mines for development of landfill site in favour of Municipal Corporation of Delhi for disposal of Municipal Solid Waste at the SLF site. These interlocutory applications are opposed by NGO Forum for the NCR vide Interlocutory Application No.13 of 2002. Having examined the interlocutory applications, we are of the view that these interlocutory applications could be examined by the Delhi High Court as,
