Present petition has been filed praying for quashing of impugned order dated 08.04.2026 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Yamuna Nagar, in case bearing SC/107/2025 arising out of FIR No.0097 dated 22.03.2024 under Sections 120-B, 392, 397 of IPC registered at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana whereby the bail of the petitioner was cancelled and his bail bonds/surety bonds were ordered to be forfeited to State and warrant of arrest was issued against him. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was prosecuted in the abovesaid FIR. He submits that the petitioner was regularly appearing before the learned trial Court, however, he had inadvertently noted the wrong date of hearing and thus, he could not appear before the trial Court.
