Learned counsel for the applicants-appellants submits that a compromise has been arrived at between the parties and a compromise deed dated 09.05.2025 has also been executed. Under the circumstances, the appellants do not wish to pursue the instant appeal. Learned counsel submits that he may, therefore, be permitted to withdraw the appeal. In view of the above and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
